Membership is $25 to register, and $25 a month ($300 annually)

No, you have to sign up for one. Once you have participated a full season, you will be evaluated to determine if you can do both.
The club offers several opportunities throughout the season for performing, including but not limited to, fundraiser skate parties, annual tribute performance show, etc.
Competition members will compete in the Local Detroit Style qualifier, and if placed in 1st/2nd or 3rd place they will move on to the Regional Competition. This applies to Regionals as well. If a member places 1st/2nd or 3rd place, they will advance to the National Competition. This will end the competition season.
You will have the opportunity to work on the upcoming performance(s).
The club is the next step from classes. Classes are held in a group setting, but the club offers one-on-one training from a Coach. In class you learn the fundamentals, and the club requires that you already know the fundamentals. The club’s expectation is that you learn a routine to perform or compete in a short timeframe.
*If you are new to roller skating, and want to find a class to attend, contact your local skating rink for the class schedule.
Practices vary depending on discipline (Performance or Competition). A Coach is assigned to work with a member from 45 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes weekly. Practices are increased closer to performances or competitions as required.
Rinks in the metro Detroit area. Coaches are matched with members that skate at the same rink and sessions.
